The observance of the narrowest tolerance ranges as well as process monitoring, also by means of SPC recordings, result in a defect rate in the PPM (parts per million) range for our production process.
Our high precision, accurate production process is complemented by 100% inspection for select components.
Photo-optical 100% inspection
This non-destructive, non-contact test method allows us to check observances of default parameters for many workpieces in respect to the following dimensions:
- diameter
- length
- puncture sites
- surfaces
- thread
- drilling dimensions
- soiling
