Precision

Precision is the prerequisite for a high level of accuracy and defines the correspondence degree between independently measured results under fixed conditions. Precision in our enterprise means this: consistently high quality - from first part up to the last.

Observance of the drawing specifications as well as process monitoring, also by means of SPC recordings, result in a defect rate in the PPM (parts by million) range. As a specialist for high-quality mass production - under observance of the narrowest tolerance ranges - we achieve reject rates of up to 10:1.000.000 piece.

This low reject rate is achieved by our high-precision production process. For, at our company, precision starts at production already and not only with subsequent inspection.

Naturally, we are certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001.
