Sophisticated materials, large quantities and precise results
Our state-of-the-art production machinery includes the latest generation of CNC-controlled lathes. These machines have been designed for serial production and allow the successive execution of several process steps without the need to carry out a tool change, or the need for renewed clamping of the workpiece.
With our machines and very highly trained employees, we have created the prerequisites for implementing highest quality demands in an absolutely precise manner.
As a specialist for high-quality mass production - under observance of the narrowest tolerance ranges - we achieve reject rates of up to 10:1.000.000 piece.
When it comes to material, our focus is on stainless steels difficult to machine; yet our specialists will also form steel, aluminium and brass.
